To Paul, Maryellen & family,
Sorry to hear of Frank's passing. And while I know you're feeling his loss, and that he made your world a better place to be, take comfort in knowing that you all made his world a better place to be, as well.

Although I haven't seen Frank for some time, I can close my eyes at any time and hear that distinctive pleasant voice that always oozed friendliness. I echo both of my sister's words and have many fond memories of vistis to Frank's house in Woodbury where I always had loads of fun playing with the kids of my dad's best friend.

Frank was my godfather. Frank's warmth and concern for people was very apparent. On visits to Frank's home one could not fail to notice his ability to make people feel special and welcomed. I remember a visit with my husband while Frank was caring for Helen. I was extremely impressed with Frank's level of caring and patience. You knew you were in the presence of a special person. If we all treated one another as Frank cared for Helen, his friends, and people in general the world would be a much more humane place.I will keep you in my heart and prayers.

Frank was my parents' best man at their wedding, my father's godparent at his conversion, and my sister's godfather. He was the most loving and kind man that I have ever met. Frank and Helen would stop to see my parents at their home on the Jersey shore and the love and respect that they had for each other could not help but be noticed by everyone around them. Frank cared about everyone he knew. He and my father were great friends as they grew up in National Park. The stories they used to tell about their escapades had us laughing for days. I am sure that my dad is right there with Helen welcoming Frank with a smile and a joke.

I know how much you must have enjoyed having Mr. Berry with you. We are so sorry for your loss.
I still remember Thomas telling me that he went to his Grandfather's "gig" while he was on vacation. We really enjoyed talking about him being able to play and enjoy the piano and he was only in his 80's at that time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
love always,
Ross and Sue

Mr.Barry was very special to all of the staff and Residents at jupiter Care Center. He was always in a GOOD mood. He entertained everyone, playing piano, singing and just being a part of the facility. Mr.Barry was so happy to move to the state of Florida. He loved the warm wheather and enjoyed being in the sun. He was truely a special person and warmed the hearts of everyone he met. We will miss him greatly and will never forget the joy and music and laughter he brought to all of us at Jupiter Care Center and I am grateful to have met such a wonderful man. Sincerely, Mary Hill and the staff and Residents at Jupiter Care Center.

I really hit the jackpot when they were handing out grandfathers. I can only hope to become half the man you are, and believe me, I'll try. Watch over us, yeah, we'll be thinking of you. I Love You.
Your proud-to-be-grandson, Mike

My Mother Bunnie and my two girls, Bridget9 and Kelly8and myself, visited Uncle Frank recently. The girls brought him Girl Scout Thin Mints for his trip to Florida. They were happy he shared the cookies with them. We took Uncle Frank to the sun room so he could listen to Bridget and Kelly play the piano. They were very excited to play for Uncle Frank since I had numerous loving stories of him entertaining so many people playing the piano. Unfortunately they got shy, so Uncle Frank wiggled his way right up to the piano and played for our enjoyment! He was an inspiration to my girls while they watched.
Uncle Frank and Aunt Helen were my inspiration as I watched Aunt Helen look at Uncle Frank with adoring eyes, and as Uncle Frank spoke to his wife with such love and patience. They are the epitimy of "Love is kind, Love is patient..."
I am so blessed to have been part of his family.
God Bless Uncle Frank and his family.
Love, Cathy Alice Adams-Robinson

In April I visited my Dad and Paul and Maryellen in Jupiter. Our routine was to spend a few hours just about every day at the beautiful inlet that leads to the Atlantic Ocean. Maryellen would pack up a cooler for us to take with 7-Up, a split of Seagram's 7 and some ice. One day on the way out to the inlet I picked up a BLT sandwich for my Dad. We sat at the water's edge for about two hours, and he ate his BLT sandwich and drank his highball. He looked out at the boats and the children playing in the water, and then, as he finished his lunch, he looked over at me with total pleasure on his face, and said, with a kind of awe in his voice, "I am really living." His last six months were such an enormous gift to him. Paul and Maryellen made it happen. We are truly blessed. -Peggy
