Tony and I attended Joppatowne High School together. He was always one of our best and brightest! The years have gone by and I've often thought of Tony when I listen to my favorite classical music - he was truly gifted and his music was a gift to us all. My heart goes out to you, your family and all of his students and friends for the world is truly a bit less bright today due to the loss of an ANGEL Seraphin on this earth. Tony was shy and sweet and sure made High School a tolerable place for me and our other mutual friends. I am proud to see how successful he became and to see that he followed his every dream and achieved what he said he would! Be comforted by the fact that other hearts are broken, not only yours, because surely everyone who knew Tony...loved him!
GOD be with you!

Dear Marka,
What a wonderful tribute to Tony yesterday...it has been foremost in my mind, how perfectly the music that was played and the words that were spoken evoked the presence and memory of this wonderful man. How we will miss him, and what a privilege it has been to know him and call him friend. I'll remember that service for a long, long time, but not as long as I'll remember Tony and the love you two share for each other. What more can really be said? Be gentle with yourself. Know that we're always here for you.
Love,
Lisa, Todd, Lydia, Gabi and Sam

Dear Mrs. Kasker-Simmons,My daughter Jenna was a student of Tony's for five years. But, I too consider myself a student as each session I would sit in and learn from Tony as he instructed Jenna.I also had the priveledge of hearing Tony play weekly. On last Weds. he played a piece by Handal that he had not seen before. You could see how he loved the challenge as he wowed Jenna & me with his technique. He said he would have to work on it.Both of us will have a void on Weds.nites as we will miss Tony very much. Our thoughts are with you as we share your sorrow.

Dear Mrs. Kasker-Simmons, I was a student of your husband: 8:45 wednsday nights, he was a wonderful teacher, person and friend. I had my lesson this past wednsday night. I am not a wonderful musician but i feel that his wit and patience inspired me to continue playing. Already without another wednsday passing i feel a large void which will remain for a long long time i know. I am so very very sorry for your loss. I hope that Tony is with you spiritually in this difficult time as i know he will remain with us; all the people whose lives he touched. Again i am truly sorry-please be well in this difficult time
