Obituary of Stanley McCann

McCANN?Stanley of Turnersville, NJ suddenly on Oct. 25, 2007. Aged 73 years. Stan will be remembered as an impeccably dressed, outgoing and fun loving people person; who loved his family. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Stan was a proudly served his country in the US Air Force. For over 45 years, he devoted his life to working for the Veteran?s Administration in many capacities and was an advocate and friend to many disabled and infirm veterans. Many will remember his charming presence at the V.A. Hospital, Phila., where he was currently employed. Stan had a passion for dance; especially Latin and Ballroom. In his spare time you would find him socializing and drinking with family and friends in his favorite local establishments and living life to the fullest. He is the beloved husband of Ita McCann and the late Ana Rita; devoted father of Stanley J., Kimberly Ana McCann and Heather Sarah McCann; loving grandfather of Esteban and Emilio McCann. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Fri. 6:30-9 PM and Sat. 8:30-9:15 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Rd., Washington Twp., NJ. Funeral Mass Sat. 10 AM in SS. Peter and Paul RC Church, Washington Twp., NJ. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Washington Twp., NJ.
