Obituary of Benjamin DeMarco

DeMarco, Benjamin ?Ben? of Woodbury Heights, NJ, passed away on December 11, 2007. Ben will be best remembered for his quiet, yet sociable and sly sense of humor, keeping up with current political issues and his famous Christmas Pizzelles. Ben was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he met his wife Lillian. He has resided in Woodbury Heights for the past 40 years. Ben worked for Southco, Inc. as the Human Resources & Benefits Manager and retired in 1996. Ben enjoyed working out and staying in shape at the UMDNJ Wellness Center where he became well known and loved by fellow members and staff. Known as Uncle Benny, Ben most of all enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Beloved husband for 52 years to Lillian nee Danese Loving father of Richard Kathryn DeMarco, Kathleen Niemann, David Mary Ellen DeMarco and Denise Cliff Bonaventura. Dear brother of Ernest & Mario DeMarco. Cherished grandfather of Christina, Richard, Christopher, Ashley, Jessica and Allison. Viewing Monday morning after 11 AM in St. Patrick?s R. C. Church, 64 Cooper Street, Woodbury; where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 Noon. Interment New Saint Mary?s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
