Ann Fertner

Obituary of Ann Fertner

Ann Fertner (nee Tobin) of  the Oak Valley section of Wenonah, New Jersey, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family & friends, on Friday, August 4, 2023.  She was 73.

Legacy

Ann will be remembered fondly as as loving mother and grandmother.  Ann had a heart of gold and would do anything she could for anyone.  We were all so blessed to have her in our lives and for all the years she spent taking care of Alexis, Jacob, and Gage.  The time spent with them created many cherished moments and memories that will last a lifetime.  She truly loved being the best "Mom Mom" to her grandchildren.  Ann enjoyed her early morning coffee and watching her shows, especially game shows and Hallmark Christmas movies.   She loved going out to see plays, movies, and musicals with her family and friends. She had a passion for shopping, especially for clothes.  She loved playing games whether on her iPad, or board games, and card games with family and friends. Above all she really enjoyed spending time with family. Ann worked for Colonial Beef in Philadelphia until the company closed and worked as a waitress for many years at the Country Club Diner in Voorhees.

Family

She is the beloved Wife of the late Robert Fertner; loving mother of Steven Fertner (Diane) and Denise Fryckberg (Tony); loving grandmother of Alexis, Jacob and Gage; dear sister to the late Robert Tobin (Diane), Maureen Motuk (Lonnie) and Lynn Yerg.  Ann leaves behind many loving and caring nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
