Obituary of Frederick Vianale

Frederick Vianale, of Mt. Royal, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, June 2, 2023. He was 87 years old.

Legacy

Fred was an avid hunter whose hunting buddies all knew him as “Happy Hunter”. He enjoyed watching the Phillies, going to the horse races and watching wrestling and cowboy shows on tv. His family will always remember how he loved to reminisce about old times. He was a family man that cherished quality time and upholding traditions with his family and close friends.

Fred worked as a brick mason for over 25 years (Local 64).  He then worked for the city of Philadelphia water department as a crew chief, and retired many years ago. He proudly served our country in the US Army in Korea.

Family

He is the beloved husband of 54 years to the late Margaret Joyce "Joycie" Vianale (Clifford); Devoted father of Lisa Abbatiello, Kimberly Duffy (Michael) and Gina Lees (Michael).  Treasured grandfather of Erin Shafer (Michael), Lauren Duffy, Michael Duffy and Sofia Abbatiello.  Adored great grandfather of Abby, Ryan, Nicholas and Emma.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Fred’s visitation at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM.   Funeral Service will begin at 12 PM.

Interment will follow at the Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
