Obituary of Wanda Blotsky

Wanda Blotsky (Przystawski) of Turnersville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 31,2023. She was 91-years-old.

Legacy

Wanda was born on May 17, 1931, to her parents, Vincent and Mary Pryzstawski, in Brooklyn, New York.

Years ago, Wanda worked at Dynaco and also spent years as a substitute teacher. She retired as an inspector for the Defense Logistics Agency. Wanda always took pride in constantly educating herself throughout her life and earned her Associates Degree from FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in New York City and later her Bachelor's degree from Glassboro State College.

Wanda was a fashion designer, an artist, and truly loved going to the Atlantic City and Garden State racetracks. After retiring, she spent time playing bingo, swimming, and heading to the casinos to have fun. She also enjoyed reading and traveling with family.

Wanda met her future husband, Michael Blotsky, while in New York; and, years later, they married and started a loving family.

Family

She is the beloved wife of 54 years to the late Michael Blotsky; a devoted mother to Audrey Blotsky, June Biederman (Dennis), and Eleanor Gregory; loving grandmother to Evan, Cody, Lanna, and Shane. She is the dear sister to Marion Cavalieri, and the late Thaddeus "Teddy" and Stanley Pryzstawski.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, April 10, 2023, from 10 am to 11 am at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 am. Interment will follow at the Gloucester County Memorial Veteran's Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
