Obituary of John F. Kerstan

John F. Kerstan of Washington Township, age 91, died peacefully on Sunday, October 16, 2022.
 
Legacy
Born in Philadelphia to John M. and Catherine Kerstan, John was a 1949 graduate of Northeast Catholic High School. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He attended Villanova and LaSalle Universities before working at Graybar Electric for 40 years. After retirement, he went on to work at The Heart House. John enjoyed gardening, big band music and walking on his treadmill.
 
Family
John is the loving husband of the late Elizabeth Kerstan (nee Wittwer), dear father of Thomas, Theresa (Fred), Robert (Christina), Barbara (Rich) and Michael (Nadine); cherished grandfather of Lexy, Grant, Haley, Amanda, Joelle, Robert Jr., Ashley, Tara, Jonathan, Rose, Nicholas, and great-grandson Paul.
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday after 10 AM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Mass 12 Noon in Holy Family R. C. Church, Hurffville Road, Washington Twp. Interment with Military Honors in Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Monroe Twp..
