Obituary of Lois Ann Sims

Lois Ann Sims (nee Ney), 92 of Oak Valley, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 22, 2021.

Legacy

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Lois loved to be around her family especially her grandchildren. She loved to iron and watch the Flyers and Dallas Cowboys win. She was born in Wilkes-Barre PA and raised her loving family in Oak Valley, NJ. The family tradition every Sunday was going to church and having Breakfast at the Hollywood Diner.

Family

She is the beloved wife of 55 wonderful years to the late William Sims. Devoted mother of Susan Heywood (William), Brian Sims (Robert), William B. Sims (late Colleen) and Robert Sims (Sandra). Treasured grandmother of Kimberly, Monica (Ryan), William, Jr., David and Zachary. Adored great grandmother of Joseph, Madison, Stevie Lynn, Olivia, Isabella and Macy. Daughter of the late Sophie (Frank Kocher). Dear sister of the late William and late Jude. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, November 30th from 10:00AM to 11:00AM in Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret's RC Church 3rd & Beech St. Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Funeral Mass at 11:00AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery Clarksboro, NJ.
