Obituary of Joan R. LoCascio

Joan Roberta LoCascio (nee Robinson), 65, of Pine Hill, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 after very long illnesses.

Legacy
Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, Joan was a longtime resident of Pine Hill, New Jersey.  She retired from Virtua Cardiology, formerly Lourdes Cardiology after almost 20 years of service.

A loving and generous woman, Joan had a smile that lit up a room and a wonderful laugh to go with it.  An inner strength and light beamed from Joan despite her many health concerns.  She always put others needs before her own.  Joan enjoyed crafts, especially jewelry making and crocheting.  Joan was an avid fan of Michael Landon, loved to watch real crime TV shows and work on puzzles.  Many treasured memories were made in Ocean City, NJ and special trips to Charlie's Hamburgers in Ridley Township, PA.    

Family
Beloved wife of 32 years to Tony LoCascio; loving mother of Robert J. Taylor, Sr. (Nicole), Nicholas LoCascio and Anthony J. LoCascio; devoted  Nana of Riley and Robert Taylor, Jr.; cherished sister of Patricia Robinson and John Robinson IV (Sherene); dear aunt of Jack V.  Joan is also survived by cousin Laila and many other cousins in the Jackson family in the UK.

Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joan's visitation on Friday, May 14, 2021, 6:00 - 7:00  PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ  08080, where the Memorial Ceremony will follow at 7:00 PM.
