Obituary of Margaret R Franke

Margaret R. Franke (nee Walker) 95, of Glassboro, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
 
Legacy
A loving lady, Margaret was devoted to her family; family came first.  In younger years, Margaret enjoyed trips to the casino with her husband, Robert, to try her luck at the slots.  When Robert passed away, Margaret continued going to the casinos on senior bus trips.  Margaret also loved to read and keep up with current events.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Margaret lived in West Deptford with her family and most recently, lived in Glassboro for the past 27 years with her daughter, Peggy.  Prior to retiring, Margaret was an administrative assistant for head of Security at Philadelphia Naval Yard for over 20 years.
 
Family
Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Franke, Sr.; loving mother of Margaret A. Petrusky (Thomas E., Sr.) and the late Robert Franke, Jr.; devoted grandmother of  Megan Petrusky, Bobbi Ann Sears and the late Tommy Petrusky and great grandmother of Darrell, Pacey, Jesse, Jade and Dominic; dear sister of John Walker and Nanci Costigan. Margaret is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
