Obituary of Walter D. Rodman, Sr

Walter D. Rodman 87 passed suddenly or December 30, 2020 surrounded by family. He graduated from Camden High School in 1952 entered the Army and served during the Korean Conflict. After discharge, he attended Temple University. In Feb. 1958 he married Doris E. George, who survives. He is also survived by his two sons W. David, Jr. (Joanna) and Raymond; and four granddaughters, Erin Galusha (Josh), Shannon Perez (Tommy), Kellie Anne, and Jennifer. Also surviving are two great-granddaughters, Gwenyth and Grace Galusha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close special friends.
After family, he sure loved his sports. He coached Little League for years. Dave and Ray played every sport available. After returning from the financial world, he worked at Washington Twp. High School for 18 years, a job where he respected all personnel and staff, and of course all the kids. He retired in 2015 with great memories.

Due to the current health crisis, Walter's family will celebrate his life with a private gathering limited to close family and friends in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Rd., Sewell, NJ 08080.
