Obituary of William G. Stoyko

Stoyko, William G, Sr. of Washington Twp., NJ on May 2, 2003. Age 80 years. Born and raised in Deptford Twp., Mr. Stoyko worked his entire life in the Agriculture Industry. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Grenloch and served on the Board of Trustees and Session. He was a past president of the State Board of Agriculture and the Gloucester County Board of Agriculture. The State Board of Agriculture cited him for outstanding contributions to New Jersey Agriculture. He also served as State Director of the New Jersey Farm Bureau and member of Cook College Board of Managers. He served Washington Twp. as Deputy Mayor. He also was a Director of the Gloucester County 4-H Fair Association, as well as serving as the Leader of the Triangle Livestock 4-H Club. Mr. Stoyko will be remembered as a loving and devoted family man who cherished his wife, children and grandchildren. Beloved husband of Katherine Nee Glasgow. Devoted father of W. George, Jr. Debbie, KathyLarry Worthington , Joan Bill Layman , Nancy Tony Restuccia , and Susan Keith Taylor . Loving grandfather of Jonathan and Karin Stoyko, Matt Worthington, Michelle Layman, Kelly and Liz Restuccia, and Lexie and Katie Taylor.
