Jones, Vernis I. Of Westville, NJ formerly of Kentucky on September 14, 2003. Age 72 years. Born and raised in Kentucky, Vernis devoted her life to being a homemaker. She and her late husband raised 6 children and spending time with them was what gave her the most enjoyment in her life. In her spare time, Vernis enjoyed quilting and crocheting and cooking for her family. She will be remembered as a loving woman. She is the beloved wife of the late Carl. Devoted mother of Eveylene Monroe, Tommy Jones, Inez Robinson, Maxine Shupp, Steven Jones and Ethel Beck. Loving sister of Maxine Danie Lashley. Grandmother of 21 and Great grandmother of 15.
