Obituary of Howard Maya

Howard Maya, Sr, of West Deptford on October 20, 2003. Aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Emma nee Hinman. Father of Linda Maya; Alice Rickenback; Carol Maya; Dolores Ratcliff; Howard Maya, Jr.; Louise Keller and Robert Maya. Grandfather of 13. Greatgrandfather of 7. Also survived by brothers Albert and Thomas Maya. Mr. Maya was born in Philadelphia. He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. He worked as a Master Glass Polisher & Cutter for Safety Glass in Philadelphia; Chromolloy of King of Prussia and Denton Vacuum in Cherry Hill. He?ll always be remembered for his fairness; love of family and his dedication to the Flyers, Phillies and Eagles. A viewing will be held Sunday afternoon from 2:30-4 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St. Woodbury. Funeral services will begin at 4:00 PM in the funeral home.
