Joe was my pop pop and I loved him soooo much. I remember when we would go out to five points and eat chees cake. he was so hard working and loved his wife although at sometimes he didn't show it. To this day it has been a year and a half since he passed away and my mom mom just got burried today. It was beautiful out today the perfect day. My mom mom finally went home back to pop pop and Im glad. They are both out of pain and now they are free to as they please.

Bob and Joe shared close moments in the hospital, which enabled them to become friends. We also became friends of the whole family, and how blessed we feel because we know the Howley family. Joe was a good, good man and his family is the proof. We are glad for any minutes, that the Lord allowed us to know Joe.
Our prayers continue to be with the family as they try to cope with such a loss.
Thank you, Bob and Dana

Joe was always a very pleasant, friendly person to be around. He will be sorely missed at all of the family functions. He was there for us to help refubished our home in Woodbury, which was greatly appreciated. Joe was really a hard worker and would lend anyone a helping hand. His Grandchildren loved him and loved being around him, as he loved being with them. Maybe we'll all meet in the after life.

We are so saddened to hear of the loss of our brother Joe. Although we were far apart, he was in our prayers and in our hearts.
For the remaining family and friends he left behind:
May today there be peace within you.
May you trust God that we all are where we are meant to be.
I believe that friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.
May our God richly bless you Joe and give you a beautiful mansion where there is no pain or sorrow.
We will see you again! \o/
Our love and prayers for the family.

Judging the character of his youngest daughter Christine, it is apparent that Mr. Howley had a heart of gold and simply adored his family and friends.
To Christine and the entire family: I am deeply sorry for your loss. May Peace and Loving memories mend your broken hearts.
