Obituary of Clifford E. Boardman

BOARDMAN?Clifford E., a 47 year resident of West Deptford on Nov. 24, 2003. Aged 81 years. Prior to retirement, Clifford worked as a Laborer / Foreman for the Laborers Int?l Union #172 of North America with the Edward Ellis Co. of Pennsauken. He was a US Army Vet of WWII and was a recipient of 2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He was active for many years in coordinating service reunions around the country. He was a member of the VFW of Woodbury Hgts., DAV of Woodbury & the American Legion Post #133, Woodbury. Cliff enjoyed traveling with his wife to the Islands, taking cruises and spending time in Cape May and FL. He is the beloved husband of Anna M. nee Donohue, devoted father of Clifford E. Boardman, Jr., Adela Sword, Machelle Allen, Patrick Boardman, Annamarie Brooks, Meline Marsteller, Diane Rebok & the late Nancy Leonard, loving grandfather & great grandfather to many. Mass of Resurrection Sat. 10 AM in St. Margaret RC Church, 3rd Ave. & Beech St., Woodbury Hgts. Where friends may call after 9-9:45 AM. Interment Eglington Cem., Clarksboro.
