Obituary of Katrina Monique Bowen

On February 23, 2004 at 4:50 am Katrina Monique Bowen went home to be with her lord. Katrina was the youngest child of Milton LeRoy III and Angela Darlene Bowen. Katrina was born on December 3, 1981 at West Jersey hospital in Voorhees New Jersey. At the tender age of 13 months Katrina contracted Spinal Meningitis, which left her with physical limitations. However, her fun loving personality was reflected in her bright eyes, her smile, and the contagious laugh that she never failed to share with those who loved her. In June 2003, Trina as she was affectionately called, graduated from Gloucester Cerebral Palsy Center in Sewell New Jersey. Over Trina?s short 22 years, she experienced everything from camping, attending college football and basketball games, Disney vacations, and stealing the show as she danced with her brother Milton and sister Takiyah at Tiki?s wedding. We are so grateful to God for giving us so many happy memories with Trina, We are grateful for the 22 years that doctors never wanted us to count on. We are grateful for life and the love it brings with it. Trina is survived by her father Milton Leroy III and her mother Angela Darlene Bowen; her sister Takiyah and her husband Zachery Dumas; her brother Milton L. Bowen IV; Grandmother Lethea Bowen.
