Obituary of Thomas L. Sawicki

Sawicki, Thomas L. of Clarksboro, NJ on Feb 24, 2004. Age 63 years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Sawicki later moved to Clarksboro where he has resided for the past 26 years. He served in the United States Army from 1963-65 at Fort Bragg, N.C. After his time in the service, Tom worked in the computer industry for more than 35 years until his retirement in 1996. Following retirement, he started a Financial Advisory business that he worked at for the past 5 years. In his spare time he enjoyed being involved in youth athletics for Oak Valley and East Greenwich both as a coach and a referee. Tom also was a sports enthusiast, fabulous trivia buff and fan of American History. In addition, he was an avid reader and especially enjoyed listening to a wide range of music. He will be remembered as a generous, hard working, intelligent, caring man who loved his family very much. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Claire nee Grieve Devoted father of Elizabeth Anne, Gregory Thomas, Lisa Claire and Katrina Marie Sawicki. Loving son of Helen nee Koniecki and the late Joseph A. Sawicki Dear brother of Maryann Towne and Francis Sawicki.
