Obituary of Maryruth A. Minder

Minder, Maryruth A. nee Alkons of Laurel Springs, NJ on February 24, 2004. Aged 53 years. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Minder. Loving mother to Andrew & his wife, Nicole, Sara and Matthew. Daughter of Ruth Alkons and the late Stanley Alkons. Dear sister of Nora Ann Rego, Frederick Alkons, Constance Burger and Carol Shatrowsky. Maryruth was born in Philadelphia and raised in the Oak Valley section of Deptford. She was Miss Oak Valley and Miss Deptford Twp. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider Univ. in 1972. She worked for the Postal Service in Bellmawr from January 1979 until her illness. Maryruth enjoyed many hobbies including reading; music, her investment club and margaritas. She will be forever remembered for her love of family and friends Viewing Friday evening after 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30-9:30 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Saturday in St. Patrick?s RC Church. Internment Wenonah Cemetery, Wenonah, NJ.
