Obituary of Elaine A. Moore

Elaine R. Moore, 80, of Deptford died Monday March 8, 2004. She was retired from Sybron Corp of Southampton, NJ where she worked in the payroll department. A strong willed, independent woman, she was active politically in Eastampton Twp. Burlington Co. where she lived for over 30 years. She was elected to the position of Township Clerk numerous times during the 1960s and 70s. She had an avid interest in American history and was proud of her family connection to John Adams. She is survived by her sons, William Gauntt of Mays Landing; Gary Moore and his wife, Nancy of Robinsville; Kenneth Moore and his wife, Henrietta of Tabernacle and her daughter, Patricia Trombo of New Hampshire. She is also survived by many grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey L. Moore. Elaine will be missed by all; especially by her closest friend and companion, Maury Huff.
