Nicolosi , Gaetano, ?Tom?, Patriarch of Nicolosi Catering Family , of West Deptford Township & Ventnor City on August 24, 2004 aged 80 years. Husband of the late Mary T. nee-Trifiletti Dear Companion of Dolores Scalfaro. Loving Father of Alfred and his wife Denise, Michael and his wife Debra and the late Thomas Nicolosi. Grandfather of Thomas , Melissa, Nicole , Michael & Matthew.Brother of Nancy Barone. In 1950 Tom and his wife Mary, started the Nicolosi Catering Business from their home in 1978 their flourishing business expanded and they opened the Nicolosi Catering and Banquet Facility in Woodbury. Tom was a WW II Veteran having served in the Army Air Corp where he was a member of Squadron X. He loved his home at the shore and Florida. He was a avid casino and Phillies fan. Tom was devoted to his family and his business. He came from modest beginnings to become a brilliant business man and an outstanding Chef.
