Obituary of John H. Jones

Jones, John H. Sr. of West Deptford, on September 8, 2004. Age 75 years. Born and raised in Camden, Mr. Jones later moved to Erial with his wife and children where he resided for more than 35 years. He served in the United States Marine Corp. and was a member of the Presidential Color Guard. He later worked as a mechanic before becoming manager of Buss Transmission Service in Gloucester for more than 40 years until his retirement in 1992. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling and being a sports fan, especially of the Phillies and the Flyers. He is the beloved husband of the late Louise nee Buss. Loving father of Louise Marzin and her husband Frank and John H. Jones Jr. and his wife Donna. Devoted grandfather of Daniel, Keith, Matthew and Shannon. Dear brother of Charles Jones, Clarence ?Bo? Jones, Ben Jones and Anna Howell. Viewing Monday 9 to 11 AM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury. Funeral Service 11 A.M. in the Funeral Home.
