Obituary of Rose Sullivan

SULLIVAN, Rose Nee Breslin of Wilton Manors, Fl, died Dec. 21, 2004. Aged 98 years. Aunt Rose was an inspiration to all who knew her, especially to her numerous great-nieces and nephews. For all but the last 15 years, Rose spent her adult life in Woodbury where she and her husband, George, owned Sullivan Rug and Furniture Co. She was a championship golfer at Woodbury Country Club and continued to play in Florida until she was 90. Her devotion to Christ Jesus was her most notable quality. She is the beloved aunt of Patricia B. Miller, Joan Pitkin Bevan and Donald C. Breslin. Predeceased by her husband, George H. Sullivan, nephew, Thomas Schweers and John Breslin and niece Kathleen Power. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday April 29, 2005, in St. Patrick RC Church, Cooper St. & Euclid Ave., Woodbury.
