Dembowski, Alan David, of Mullica Hill, NJ on January 9, 2005. Aged 46 years. Al was a respiratory therapist for Virtua Health in Marlton for 15 years. In his free time, Al enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, he also loved the beach, painting, drawing, and working on other projects. Al will be sadly missed by all who loved him. Beloved husband of Barbara Ann Nee Phelps, devoted father of Brian Susan Phelps and Michael Bukenas, loving son of Dorothy Nee Myermic and loving son of Stanley, dear brother of Patricia Dr. Michael DeShields, Bonnie Michael Orr, Joseph Sherri & Barry, Loving grandfather of Alyson Marie Phelps.
