Obituary of Dorothy M. McGovern

Dorothy M. McGovern,nee Wallis of Westville died on February 10th in the Greenbriar East Nursing Home. Mrs. McGovern was the widow of Edward McGovern. She is survived by her son, Eddy and his wife, Marian of Phoenix, AZ. Loving grandmother of Kathleen Grizzle and Patrick McGovern. Greatgrandmother of Justin, Shawn and Shelby Nicole. Dear sister of Miriam Keresty of Westville. Mrs. McGovern was born in Philadelphia. She worked for Acme Markets in Woodbury for over 20 years. She was an avid reader. Mrs. McGovern will forever be remembered for her love of her family and her faithfulness and generosity. A viewing will be held from 11:30 to 1:00 PM on Monday in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St. Woodbury. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
