I would like to Caits Familyas I knew her I'm so sorry for your loss.
I knew Cait as just "Cait" and as MS_allthat..and thats what she was~Allthat And more! oh! how I was in awe over her peoms when I used to go into poetry chat in "VP" I thought WHO is SHE?...and one night I got brave and wrote a peom in "VP" yea sum people laughed but not Cait..nope she Clapped! and said "Gurl! you Rock!"...I felt great that night and Cait always was there for me as a friend ever since and always made me laugh and always told me "Keep Writing gurl!"...Cait did things out of her way and never once asked for anything in return.I remember when Cait sent me a bunch of CD's to help me put a book together and she stayed online half the day explaining how to do this and that.
And I remember us chatting into the wee hours ..and she always cared*~I shall miss you way too much cait.I know your reading this any wondering where all my typo's are.
I love yuh Cait:
Love:Jamie aka Brace
ps. i will do a lil book~
and I know you will see it
...wherever you are ....

Mom
Everytime I think of you, I think of the wonderful and hard times we had growing up. This last year of your life has been so hard. You have been so strong. You didn't complain when you felt bad, always had a great outlook on life. I always tried to comfort you with my stories of other people who were going through the same thing and made it. You were so strong through it all. I love you.
To everyone who knew my mom
I just want to thank you all for all for your thoughtfulness and concern at this very difficult time. She cared deeply for you all.

dear cait,
there's a bukowski poem.. i can't recall which one.. or even where i read it.. but it's always made me think of you. he is writing to/of a woman he loved and how she was unadorned in the typical sense. how she would wear an old pair of denim overalls with one strap falling down over her shoulder.. of how any woman on earth would wish to be as beautiful as that simple and wonderful lady.. that's who i see when i think of you. Peace to you now that you're rid of your pain and suffering. you gave so much to so many. thank you...

She was the stuff of myth, something we knew as poet. There are many that like to believe that they are poets, write poetry, but in the real, the poem and the poet are quite rare.
Cait/Laurey was that rare individual in possession of a heart with shining light. A truly wonderful human being and a lightening bolt of humanity that brought life to everyone she touched.
To say the least, she will be missed, but never forgotten.
Our sincerest condolences to all.
We love you Cait -- thanks for the love you shared in abundance and without apology.

Everytime we talked, you would say "what's up girlfriend".I will miss those words. You were just not my neice "in-law",but a friend. When I was down, you tried to bring me back up.
Sharon, you and me......The late nights at the diner, the Xmas party there, the snowball fight from the broncoand yes you and I won,the Phillies game at the VET.sitting in the rain.
Because of your great"craft" talent, you were always given the job to make those darn hats at all the showers.
Laur,I will always remember how positive you were and when I get down I will think of you.You will never be far from my thoughts.
I love you Laurey...

Best wishes to you, and sorry for your loss. I will never forget her. She was one of the most enthusiastic and supportive people I have ever known. She had the best independent arts website going and she did it without monetary reward or complaint. She maintained my personal website for me and provided endless technical support to me in a variety of ways. She would often send me things on CD and would not even accept my offer to reimburse her for shipping. These are just a few small examples of an endless list of her generosities.

I knew Laurey as Cait from the on-line poetry world. I met her a few times at gatherings in Kent, Ohio. She was a true original, she loved to laugh & tease & joke & have a good time. She was very supportive of my writing & published a book for me last year. I will miss her greatly. Condolences to her family from my wife Tami & me.
