Obituary of Joseph E. Mondile

MONDILE, Joseph E. of Glassboro on March 24, 2005. Aged 81 years. Born in Mt. Holly, Joe had resided in Camden and Collingswood before moving to Glassboro in 1946. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II. Before retiring, Joe was a Machinist First Class for Mobil Oil Refinery in Paulsboro for 36 years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 3397, and American Legion Shaw-Paulin Post # 241, both in Glassboro, and St. Anthony?s Beneficial Society. In his spare time, Joe was an avid sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be remembered as an unselfish, kind, compassionate man, who was committed to his family and friends. Joe was known for his great sense of humor. Beloved husband for 58 years of Rose T. Nee Trifiletti. Devoted father of Joseph A. Donna of Mullica Hill and Maria Mondile Mannella Chuck of Laurel Springs. Loving grandfather of Patrick J. and Kathleen M. Mondile. Dear brother of Anna Grounski of Blackwood and the late Leonard Mondile and Rose Mazzocca. Viewing MON. 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. and TUES. after 9 A.M. in St. Bridget?s RC Church, Glassboro.
