Beloved husband of Margaret nee Castrilli Loving father of William Jr. and Alan Dobbins, James, Donald, David and John Howard. Dear brother of Carl Dobbins and Eleanor Benner. Devoted grandfather of 14 and Great grandfather of 9. Bill served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a Gas Expeditor for Philadelphia Electric for more than 30 years until his retirement in 1988. In his spare time he enjoyed Spending time with his family and fishing.
