Obituary of Edgar D. Nines

NINES?Edgar D., Sr. ?Doodles? of Woodbury died peacefully on Fri., June 24, 2005 in Underwood-Memorial Hospital, Woodbury. Aged 51 years. He will be cherished and always remembered as a loving son, father, brother, uncle & friend. Ed was born in Woodbury. He lived in Deptford Twp. For most of his life. He was a 1971 graduate of Deptford High School. Ed previously worked as a boilermaker for Local #28, Bayonne & also worked at Kennedy Hospital, Cherry Hill. Through his teenage years he was a volunteer firefighter for the Lake Tract Fire Co. He also volunteered his time at Underwood-Memorial Hospital, Woodbury. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge, Deptford as well as various local VFW Posts. Ed loved many things?including listening to the Elvis Show on Sunday mornings and listening to the Oldies and Country Music. Ed loved to dance, to work on projects around the house and to go browsing at the Berlin Mart. He truly enjoyed living life to the fullest. Ed is the beloved son of Margaret Rankin and the late Robert J. Nines; father of Edgar D. & Robert; dear friend and sister of Helen Ehrmann; uncle of Stacy & Joseph F. Ehrmann, Jr., uncle & godfather of Christina Ehrmann Paleschic. He is also survived by his special friends Marion, Warren & Penny as well as many other loving friends. Funeral service Wed. 1 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury where relatives and friends may call after 11 AM. Interment Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin.
