May, Frank J. of Deptford, formerly of Philadelphia and Mantua, on July 14, 2005. Aged 81 years. Beloved husband of Tatjana nee Balabkins. Dear brother of Joseph Mee, Paul Mee, and Jean Rose. Born in Philadelphia, Frank was a graduate of Germantown High School and La Salle University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He served six years in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the U.S.S. Independence and the U.S.S. Long Island. After his service in the Navy, he worked as an executive for Curtis Publishing for sixteen years and later a Management Consultant to Hospitals and Physician?s practices, working for the New Jersey Hospital Association. In his spare time, Frank wrote over 35 articles for publications including the Journal of American Hospital Association and Laboratory Medicine and Hospital Pharmacy. Professionally, Frank was active in several organizations including Delaware Valley Hospital Management Systems Society, American Hospital Association and the American Institute of Industrial Engineers. Funeral Mass 10 AM in St. Patrick?s R.C. Church, Woodbury. Interment Gloucester County Veteran?s Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown. Arrangements under the direction of the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, Woodbury.
