BRIANT - Lee A., Sr. of Woodbury Hgts. on Nov. 20, 2005. Aged 73 years. Lee was a US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict where he served as a combat photographer. He was named ?Soldier of the Year? in 1954. He attended the Antoinelle?s School of Photography and worked as a freelance photographer for the Woodbury Times and also shot weddings. Lee served as a member of the Woodbury Heights Fire and Police Departments. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #7679, Mantua and American Legion Post #133, Woodbury. Prior to retirement in 1994, Lee worked as a truck driver for the Teamsters Union Local #107 for over 25 years. An avid fisherman, you could find Lee fishing off Fortesque, spending time in his home in Cape May or aboard his boat named the ?Holy Mackerel?. In his leisure time Lee enjoyed metal-detecting, hunting, cooking especially his famous ?Uncle Lee?s Crab Cakes? and spending time with his family. He is the beloved husband of 52 years to Patricia R. nee Boyle devoted father of Bonnie L. Berg Dennis, Heather A. Cline Ronald, Erin P. Heaney Robert and the late Lee A., Jr., loving grandfather of Ronald Debbie, Douglas, Holly, Brooke, Rebecca & Isabella and great-grandfather of Kayla & Lillian. Memorial service Sat 11 AM McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury where relatives & friends may call 9-10:45 AM. Interment Wenonah Cemetery, Mantua.
