Obituary of George T. Marsh

MARSH, George T., 96, of Audubon on December 10, 2005 in the Collingswood Manor. Beloved husband of Alice E. nee Van Meter. Father of Lorraine Boker and father-in-law of Fred Boker. Grandfather of John & Todd Boker, Lyn Hans and Dawn Shapley. Greatgrandfather of Zachary, Aaron, Meranda, Joey, Tyler, Jessica and Reilly. George was born in Paulsboro and was a World War II Army veteran. He served in Europe with the Signal Corps. He worked as a stationary engineer for Kennedy Health System in Cherry Hill. He was a talented artist but his true passion was for fishing. At least twice a week until he was in his 90s, he would fish. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 11:30 AM ? 1:00 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter St. Woodbury. Rev. Harry Stevenson will officiate the funeral services at 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home.
