SPARKS - William C. , Sr. of National Park formerly of Westville Grove on Dec. 24, 2005. Aged 75 years. Bill was a proud US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and continued his service with the National Guard for over 25 years. He was a life member of the National Park VFW Post #6884. Prior to retirement, Bill worked as a truck driver for Farruggio?s, Bristol PA as well as Sarlo?s in Gloucester City and Schute?s, Westville. Bill?s passion for driving carried over into to his free time as well, taking his family camping throughout the United States. He enjoyed being a part of the C.B. community where he was known by the handle ?Billy Boy?. Beloved husband of the late Alice A. nee O?Keefe, devoted father of Alice Manel & her husband Stanley and William C. Sparks, Jr., dear brother of Frank Sparks and Anna Hoffman, loving grandfather of Stanley, Albert, Myles, Erin, Victoria and Fallon and great-grandfather of Evan.Viewing Thurs. 6:30-9 PM and Fri. 9-9:45 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury, where services will follow at 10 AM. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
