My memories of Ches go back to my days growing up next door on Hopkins st.so many years ago.Linda and Scotty had a good and loving Dad and Im sure they will miss him.Im now living in Texas or I would have attended his Funeral. He always got a kick out of the pranks we kids would pull, well most of them anyway. His reliabily and true friendship were never in doubt when anyone needed help.He and I had many a good laugh over a good meal, together with my family and the Fosters while living on High St.I will miss you Ches.

Just want to log and in and remember Ches and how good a friend he was to my parents Joe and Cora Foster. My mother always enjoyed having Ches for dinner and I see her meeting him now with coffee and a piece of cake. Ches was a perfect audience for my father's jokes and they all had many a good time together. As my parents aged Ches was always there to be a companion and helper. Whenever I visited Ches always spoke so proudly of his children and grandchildren. I know you will all miss him dearly and I was so sorry to hear of his passing.

Ches was a quiet man, his needs were basic and his goals simple. He wanted a home and family. He obtained both. A home "free & clear" he would say with pride and a beautiful, loving family who stood by him to the very end.
Ches had a good life. He lived it his way. Rest in Peace Ches, you did a good job.

Ches was a great grandfather. He was a good father to my dad. He taught him alot and most of it has been passed down to me, Andrew and my sister Lauren. He has showed me much more than possible. He was always a kind, great hearted man. Ches was a man that anyone could depend on. He raised my father to be a great loyal person. I'm proud of my father and grandfather. They are so much alike you could consider them brothers. My grandfather presents will be greatly missed. I love him with all my heart and more.

Uncle Ches: Was a very kind man to
me and my grandparents Joe & Cora Foster. As a teenager always at Christmas and after I was married would give you two rolls of quarters. To do with what ever! He loved to go to FivePoints Dinner.
He was always doing something for some one. Thanks for being so nice!
Scott & Linda I am sure he will be missed by you. Love Always Barbie
