Dear sister of many siblings in Missouri. Joyce worked for Gloucester County in the Annex Building for more than 25 years. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, especially her Fried Chicken. Joyce also had a true love for animals. She will be remembered as a loving, devoted and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
