Obituary of Gladys M. Langdon

LANGDON, Gladys M. nee Small of West Deptford on March 9, 2006. Aged 85 years. Raised in Merchantville, Gladys had lived in West Deptford for the past 55 years. She was 1 of 10 children in her family. For many years, Gladys was a waitress at Olga?s Diner in Pennsauken. She was also a sales associate for Charming Shoppes in Woodbury for over 15 years. Gladys was a member of VFW Post #6884 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her friends from the Evergreen Day Care Center. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the casinos, doing crossword puzzles, and going on the West Deptford Senior Citizen's bus trips. Gladys' greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Thomas T. Langdon. Devoted mother of Claire Daniel Showell and Thomas C. Bonnie and Scott T. Patti Langdon. Loving grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 3. Viewing TUES. at 8:30AM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury. Funeral Service TUES. 10AM in the funeral home. Interment private.
