SINK, Harriet F. entered the presence of Jesus on Saturday evening April 8, 2006. Though she had resided in Fairfax Station, VA for the last 7 years, she was a long time resident of Deptford, NJ where her late husband, the Rev. Harry S. Sink, Jr. served as Pastor of Calvary Bible Church for 40 years. Mrs. Sink is pre deceased by her husband Rev. Harry S. Sink, Jr. and son Rev. Harry S. Sink, 3rd. She is survived by her three daughters Frances Richard Emmons of Penndel, PA; Edythe Glenn West of Fairfax Station, VA; Darlene Michael Flannery of Deptford, NJ; her daughter in law, Ethel Sink of Oakland, NJ and her sister Ruth Johnson of Pinellas Park, FL. Grandmother of 11. Great grandmother of 13. Harriet was born the daughter of Harry and Frances Isabella Nee Seeley Bly in Woodbury, NJ. She resided in Essington, and South Philadelphia, PA. After their marriage, she and her husband lived briefly in Metuchen before moving to Deptford in 1942. A devoted homemaker and pastor?s wife, her passions in life were her husband, children and her church. She was a refined lady, who insisted that her children and grandchildren maintained a similar gracious and refined decorum. She served Calvary Bible Church formerly Gospel Center for more than 25 years as Superintendent of the Children?sSunday School. She was always concerned that folks would accept Jesus as their personal Savior and be born again into God?s family. Faithfully serving alongside her husband, she instilled a love for Jesus and his church in their children and leaves a blessed spiritual legacy to her family and friends. Funeral Service Thursday 10 AM in Calvary Bible Church, 109 S. Delsea Drive, Deptford; where the family will receive relatives and friends following the service.
