My "Baby Brother" would occasionally drive the big rigs to the Armstrong floor plant in Lancaster, and I'd get a surprise lunch invitation at work, always with a 2 for 1 coupon at Ponderosa, of course. Man do I treasure those times, along with the wonderful weekends when the whole McCarty family came to Lancaster to camp at Oak Creek and I could just pop on over to join them. Priceless! I take such comfort now, knowing that he lived such an extraordinary and honest life, with just the right amount of wacky.

Dear Barb & Family,
We are deeply saddened at the loss of The Chief. I'll always remember Ed accepting the role as Head Usher for the 10:00 Mass at Annunciation BVM. It was a position that Ed took & made his own. We will all miss Our Friend! I'll also remember the Christmas Eves you took me in as a member of the family & gave me my own stocking by the Charlie Brown Tree. Many Good Memories!
Love, Lenny & Theresa
