Obituary of John W. Skinner
Skinner, John of Woodbury, NJ on June 6, 2006. Aged 86 years.
John served in the United States Air Force during WWII as a flight engineer. He was in the 63 Bomb Squadron, 43 Bomb Group, 5th Airforce. All of John?s life, he was a precision sheet metal worker. He also was involved in the research and development of jet engines. During his free time, he enjoyed playing the banjo and guitar. He also loved to fish and crab in Ocean City, NJ and Sea Isle City, NJ. He was very involved with the Old Timer String Band from Gloucester. John was a long time member of the American Legion in Woodbury and VFW of National Park.
