Obituary of Robert Irving Walley

Walley, Robert Irving, of Deptford, formerly of New York, peacefully on July 14, 2006. Aged 73 years. Born in South Hampton, NY, Bob later resided in Oceanside, NY where he raised his family. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Bob worked as a sales representative for Towne Office Supply for many years. Bob enjoyed working with children and volunteered as a Cub Master and Assistant Scoutmaster for 30 years until his retirement in 1992. He and his wife later moved to Deptford, New Jersey where they have lived for the past 14 years. Most of all he cherished the 47 years he and his wife shared and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bob will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Beloved husband of Doris nee Kirchner Loving father of Robbin Edward Vitt, Robert Deborah, Scott Susan McCabe-Walley, David Patricia and Mark Talia Walley. Grandfather of 10. Viewing Tuesday 1 to 3 PM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury. Funeral Service 3 PM. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
