Obituary of Diane DuPree

The sun rose on Diane DuPree in Elizabeth, New Jersey on November 14, 1955 to her late mother, Geneva Hunt Alford and her father Dan Alford, Jr. Diane DuPree known as ?Dottie,? was educated in the Camden Public School System. She was also certified in the medical field. Diane was a talented artist and aspired to be an architect. She was also a gifted singer and loved to sing to her family. Diane was a loving and nurturing wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to read and cook. Diane accepted Jehovah God as her spiritual father and was dedicated and baptized as one of Jehovah?s Witnesses. Diane not only had a love for her spiritual father, Jehovah, she loved and adored her ?Daddy, Dan Alford, Jr. Diane had a beautiful smile and loved to laugh. Her contagious laughter at times caused her to burst into tears. She found humor in everything. Diane will always be remembered for her love and devotion to her family, and most importantly, to her God, Jehovah. She leaves to mourn her four children, Lakena DuPree, Shavonna DuPree, Franeeta Blemings, and Frank DuPree, Jr., one son-in-law, Eric Blemings, seven grandchildren, Shaquir DuPree, Martiana DuPree, Anasia Blemings, Savonnah DuPree, Briana Blemings, Visonte Bundy and Davon DuPree. She also leaves to mourn her seven sisters, Delores DuPree, Cora Alford, Mary Leoma Blanton, Cynthia Alford, Evelyn Alford, Sharon Alford, Denise Le?Flore, three brothers Dannie, Derek and Darren Alford and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.
