Obituary of Louis A. Pelle

PELLE?Louis A., Sr. of Colonial Manor Section of West Deptford on July 29, 2006. Aged 91 years. Louis was born and raised in Gibbstown. He attended Paulsboro High School and Temple University, Philadelphia. Prior to retirement in 1977, Louis worked as a lab technician for Mobil Oil Research, Paulsboro for 42 years. He and his wife Ida enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. Louis was known for his beautiful vegetable garden he tended every year. He enjoyed bowling and was also a talented craftsman; having built the home in which he lived. Louis will be remembered as a hardworking, kind and happy man who loved telling stories of his childhood. He is the beloved husband of 56 years to Ida A. nee Ferrante, devoted father of Louis A., Jr. & his wife Soledad and Jo Ann C. Pelle, loving grandfather of Joseph & Maria and great grandfather of Nikita and Lee Allen, brother-in-law of Margaret Pelle, uncle of Charles Pelle. Viewing Thurs. 9 AM and funeral service 10 AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury. Entombment Eglington Cemetery Mausoleum, Clarksboro.
