Hemphill, George W., 75, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida on July 29, 2006,? A Family Man.? George was born in Philadelphia. After serving in the U. S. Army, he was employed as a cement driver, retiring from Traprock Concrete Company. George is survived by his loving wife, Margaret J. Nee Polen, Seven children: Joan Marie Haggerty her husband Michael, George Jr, his wife, Marlene, David A. his wife Antoinette, John M his wife Catherine, Patricia J. Whyte her husband Mark. Linda S. D?Elia and Thomas A Hemphill, dear sister Doris Flannery; 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Relatives and Friends may call Wednesday after 11:30 Am in the MCGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME 34 Hunter St. Woodbury. Service 1 PM. Interment Woodbury Memorial Park.
