Obituary of Robert N. Peterson

PETERSON?Robert N., Sr. of Mantua on March 26, 2007. Aged 71 years. Bob was born in his family?s home in Haddonfield. He served his country by being a member of the US Army. Prior to retirement in 1994, Bob worked as a pipefitter/ steamfitter for Local #322 for over 39 years. He served as past Worshipful Master twice with the F&AM Lodge #130, Haddonfield. Bob was the founder and first leader of Boy Scout Troop #235 which met in Christ Church, Woodbury. He was also a former member of Friendship Fire Co., Woodbury, active with Indian Guides and Princesses and managed Woodbury Little League for several years. He is the beloved husband of Dolores nee Hess; devoted father of Robert N., Jr. and Kathy L. McCormick William; dear brother of Ethel Lou Fisher, Ellen M. Norrie, Ruth A. Beringer, Anna M. Keppen, David C. Peterson and the late John T. and Alfred J. Peterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation at 11 AM and Memorial Service 12 Noon on Sat. April 7, 2007 in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury.
