Obituary of Mildred M. McLeer

Mildred McLeer nee Morrison of West Deptford, NJ, on May 23, 2007. Aged 90 years. Mildred was born October 31, 1916 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Thomas & Camille nee Arnold Morrison. She was raised in Philadelphia, lived and worked there, then moved to West Deptford, NJ, where she lived for almost 50 years. Mildred was proud of her family, her home and her faith. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed stitching crewel/needlepoint projects for her family and doing cross word puzzles. Mildred is survived by her children Eleanor Smith and her husband, Robert of Woodbury, Edna McLeer, Samuel Young and his wife, Judie, Richard McLeer and his wife, Carolyn, all of West Deptford, William McLeer and his wife Judy of Delran, 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and her sister Verna Silliphant of Audubon, NJ. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her husband, William Francis McLeer in 1992; a grandson McLeer, a granddaughter Debby Young and a brother Thomas Morrison.
