Obituary of Nina Kouroupos

KOUROUPOS?Nina nee Gerolomou of Washington Twp. on June 17, 2007. Aged 80 years. Beloved wife of Jerry; devoted mother of Andrew and his wife Carthornia; loving grandmother of Shon, Andrea, Tiffany, Brittany and Alexander. Nina was born in Cyprus and immigrated to the United States in 1944. She and her husband settled in Brooklyn where they owned and operated Jerry?s Restaurant for many years. Nina was a longtime, devout member of Saint Demetrius Church in Brooklyn. She enjoyed watching ?The Greek Show? and professional wrestling on television. Nina was a talented seamstress and was a great cook. Viewing Wednesday 6:30-9 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Rd., Washington Twp. Sewell, NJ. Funeral Mass Thursday 10 AM in St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church, 615 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill, NJ. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
