Obituary of Mark D. Roos

Roos, Mark D., of National Park, NJ, died on August 5, 2007 at the age of 43. A devoted family man, great uncle, Mark was always there for anybody who needed him. An easy going "Gentle Giant", Mark had an infectious laugh and great sense of humor. He loved to watch sports...baseball, hockey and especially football, including his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mark will be remembered for his laid back ways. Surivived by his devoted father, John Roos; his devoted mother, Beverly and her husband, Otto Marcussen; His longtime love, Molly Molina; sister, Lara Pointon; 3 brothers, Marty Marcussen, Christopher Roos and Stephen Marcussen. Also survived by nieces and nephew, Matthew, Meghan, Mia and his beloved pug, Moe. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday, 12:00 - 1:30 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ, where a service will follow at 1:30 PM. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donaations may be made to Molly Molina, 201 North 5th Apt C., National Park, NJ 08063.
