DIEDEL?Ella E. nee Mort of National Park on August 26, 2007. Aged 65 years. Ellie was an outgoing and generous woman, who had an eye for detail and beauty. Born in Philadelphia, Ellie has been a resident of National Park for over 38 years. A devoted housewife, Ellie often would open her home and her heart to anyone who was in need. Her creative talent was captured in many things through the years; from making and teaching ceramics and arts and crafts to making chocolate covered pretzels to cake decorating. She is beloved wife of James F. Diedel; loving mother of Debra Bianca, Kimberly Ferraro, Darlene Duffy, James Diedel, Cheryl Chappell and Kristianne Diedel; dear sister of Thomas Cullen, Robert, James and Russell Mort, Joanne Robb, Elizabeth Hawk, Catherine Mangold and the late Dorothy Sperry; loving grandmother of 10. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing 5-6:45 PM and funeral service 7 PM Thurs. in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury. Cremation services and burial will be private at Bethel Cemetery, Pennsauken.
