Bernier-Dash, Linda, 52, of Collingswood, peacefully passed away early on the morning of October 12, 2007. Linda?s legacy will be her outgoing, vivacious and ?Neighborhood Mom? personality that will be missed by all . Born in Audubon, and raised in Delaware Township, Linda graduated from Cherry Hill West High School. She then went on to LaSalle College and during her time there met her husband Bruce. They were married in 1977 and in the early years of their marriage, Linda worked for the Camden County Girl Scouts Organization and was Camp Director with Camp Indowindowin. After her children were born, Linda devoted her time to raising her family. Among her accomplishments in life were, being an artist and having one of her drawings published, marching for E.R.A. movement in 1976 and organizing the Paul Tsongas presidential Campaign in New Jersey in 1992. Beloved wife for 30 years of Bruce I. Loving mother of Tristan S. and Catherine S. Bernier-Dash Dear sister of Richard, James, Theresa and Beth Bernier. Life Celebration Service on Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 1100 N. Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, where the family will receive friends after 6 PM. In Linda?s memory, everyone in attendance is encouraged to wear her favorite color of Blue to the celebration. Cremation and interment private.
